Men's Ministry
The men at First Baptist Church Oxford meet weekly for coffee and conversation to get to know one another better. This is a great time of interaction for men of all ages.
Women's Ministry
Women at First Baptist enjoy periodic activities and Bible studies to grow in their faith. From weekly to monthly meetings, these activities are designed to enrich spiritual learning and devotion.
*Due to COVID-19, the women’s ministry is not currently meeting.
Children's Ministry
Our children enjoy both Sunday School and Junior Church Classes tailored to their age. Sunday School is temporarily suspended, but Junior Church is offered biweekly for grades K-3. We offer activities and Bible studies for children to grow in their faith, hear God’s Word, and have fun.
Missions
At First Baptist Church, we take seriously Christ’s challenge to us to give the good news of new life in Christ to the whole world. This includes our neighbor next door, as well as those on the other side of the globe.
We are privileged to support missions domestic and foreign. We support missionaries all over the globe, from right here in Oxford, PA to West Africa and France and Cambodia. Our missionaries include church planting, medical missions, a homeless shelter, and outreaches to youth. We are excited to be a part of influencing our world for the kingdom of Jesus Christ. We invite you to join in the excitement of seeing God work globally.
